SureStay Plus by Best Western Mammoth Lakes

The rooms seems to be refurnished. Everything is new, even the electrical outlets which I had some trouble getting my hair dryer plugged in (it's that new, hadn't been worn in yet). Our room has a microwave, a mini fridge, and the room is very big. So big I was making burritos for dinner right on the desk with everything else laid out. Rest of the hotel is a little run down and they seem to be in the middle of refurbishing it. The breakfast is what you'd expect at a Best Western. My family and I arrived at night, and the staff didn't seem to mind me grabbing an OJ from the mini fridge in the breakfast area along with a tiny bit of cereal (that I ate dry). The hotel doesn't seem to have lifts (just stairs) so if you are wheelchair bound or have elderly people, you might need to ask them for a first floor room. The hotel is a bit like a maze, and the hotel staff doesn't seem to know where the rooms are (actually gave me bad instructions for our family's room). Other than that it's great. You can hear the trucks on the highway a tiny bit, but I wouldn't say it's intrusive. Overall it's a really nice hotel.

This was one of the only places available for a last minute 1 night trip up for my son’s snowboard contest. I’m so happy we booked it because It was super affordable and clean. Jay at the front desk was so helpful and nice! There is also a delicious complimentary breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns and a make your own waffle station. They have underground parking and it’s very conveniently located. Great stay for us!

I recently stayed at the Best Western and had a very pleasant experience. Firstly I meet front desk clerk jay. He was very polite and very friendly and professional . The room was clean, well-organized. The breakfast was really great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing 2-night stay last week at this SureStay and for the price, this was 5-stars. Great convenient location and even though it's near a main road, I found it quiet at night. Rao was there to check me in and happened to work during my entire stay and he definitely made this a great stay. So kind and informative and I felt in good hands. I definitely plan to come back to mammoth in the warmer months and will absolutely come back here!

My family of 4 stayed at this location and enjoyed it! The facility itself is updated and the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and the room was updated. The continental breakfast was also good. One of the better continental breakfast’s we’ve had. The location is good. It sits right off of Main Street just a few blocks from the village. There is a trolley stop basically in front of location on Main Street. We are planning another trip soon and SureStay will be on top of our list.

Loved the staff and atmosphere. The place was totally decorated for Halloween. Breakfast was always great.

It seems our room on the second floor was recently renovated. No carpet, not shower over tub, glass shower doors not shower curtain, bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles. Bread, yogurt, fruits. Reception staff and breakfast lady were friendly.

The hotel was very nice! We got a balcony with a view and seating that we used often during our stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was a cut above and so good! Great base camp for exploring Yosemite National Park. Will definitely stay again. Town was also charming with great local hikes.
